The Oak
Experience quintessential South Carolina charm in this outdoor ceremony space—without having to travel all the way to pretty but oh-so-pricey Charleston. Set in a shaded, picturesque space that accommodates up to 250 guests, The Oak offers a magical atmosphere grounded by a brick walkway. The swing hanging from the tree is ideal for pictures, and you have the option to enhance the natural beauty of the site by adding our elegant chandelier and drapery accents.
The Carriage House
With a modern brick wall as your backdrop, this event space offers a twist on the classic church wedding setting—a detail Mom and Grandma are sure to love! With pews accommodating up to 220 guests and additional seating available, The Carriage House seamlessly blends tradition with a contemporary aesthetic. A wedding inside The Carriage House also ensures your set-up will remain flawless no matter the forecast.
The Arbor
Whether selected for your ceremony or wedding party portraits, The Arbor provides a classic and serene setting. This space can accommodate up to 250 guests, all while offering a picture-perfect backdrop your photography and videography team will love.
The Water Oak
Located just off The Arbor in a tucked-away grove, there’s so much to love about this picturesque ceremony space! The Water Oak also serves as the perfect “first look” spot given its private location. Want outdoor photos with your wedding party? This is the place. Easily accessible from our Reception Hall, the bride and her girls can walk through the side door to take pictures while remaining hidden from the groom.
The Outdoor Chapel
Our Outdoor Chapel blends the beauty of nature with a handcrafted ceremony structure, creating a charming setting for your special day. Affixed doors provide a dramatic entrance for the bride, while the awning creates a focal point for the ceremony.
Getting Ready Suites
Our Getting Ready Suites offer a fun and comfortable retreat for the bridal party. The girls' suite has a makeup counter and vanity area along with hooks on the wall for hanging dresses, while the guys’ space features a lounge zone with a TV, Pac-Man, Galaga, and other fun games. Access to the suites varies by package—unlimited access is available for those booking the venue for the entire weekend, and the space opens at 8 a.m. for one-day and two-day packages. If you’re looking for an aesthetic spot to prepare for the big day, you’ve found it!
The Main Hall
Spanning over 9,000 square feet, our Main Hall serves as an air-conditioned reception space, ensuring your celebration unfolds seamlessly in any season. The expansive layout provides endless possibilities for personalizing the space to suit your style. With its inviting atmosphere and plenty of room for dining, dancing, and everything in between, the Main Hall sets the stage for a celebration that feels as effortless as it is extraordinary.

On-Site Accommodations
Extend your celebration with our onsite accommodations. Our five cabins offer the perfect retreat for up to 20 guests. Each of the cabins is thoughtfully designed to sleep four, featuring a king bed, a queen-size sleeper sofa, and all the comforts you need to enjoy your weekend of festivities (like our fire pits with firewood). It’s more than just a place to stay—it’s a chance to create even more memories with your closest people.
